Dashboard

One address for everybody. Sign in and you are forwarded to whichever dashboard is yours — your own account, an institution's seats, or the operator desk.

Same account as the app. Use the email you sign in with on your phone. The first time you sign in here you will be asked to set up an authenticator app — that second factor is what lets the dashboard act on your licence.

Your account

See your plan, licence and term, which device it is bound to, and how many analyses you have stored. Move the licence to a new phone, give a floating seat back, or download any stored analysis as a zip.

Institution seats

For the IT contact named on an institution licence: add and remove members, withdraw an unclaimed invitation, see who holds a seat, put a member on hold, clear a device lock.

Operator desk

Semper staff only: issue and extend licences, approve accounts, drive any institution's roster.

Before you sign in

New accounts are approved by an admin before the app or the dashboard opens. If you have not been approved yet, email support.
On the Demo plan the dashboard shows your account and stored analyses; downloading an analysis and moving a licence need a licence. Ask about licensing.
Lost access to your authenticator app? Email support from the address on the account — we cannot reset it from the dashboard.
